As a co-founder operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations and building a core team from the ground up. Additionally, you'll be responsible for ensuring consistent output quality, moving from hands-on processes to more efficient workstreams, and implementing data-driven control of daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Implement a cutting-edge ERP system to streamline operations.
- Oversee day-to-day operations in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
- Establish quality control standards to ensure consistent output quality.
- Build a high-performing core team from the ground up.
- Optimize our workstreams (Procurement, Inventory management, Production planning, Outbound logistics) to improve efficiency and resiliency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- At least 7 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams and functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of using data to inform decision-making.
- Experience in implementing ERP systems and other software solutions, with a passion for technology and innovation.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and processes, with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Passion for the food industry and a desire to make a difference in the world through your work.
